About Richard

Dr. Leichter was one of the founding partners of Riverview Foot and Ankle, in 1997, and has worked with his local Red Bank and Monmouth County communities conducting diabetic lecture series and sports medicine programs at the local hospitals and health clubs. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring old cars, comedy and improv writing, and performing at local stand-up and improv venues. He treats his patients like family and strives for providing state of the art, compassionate, and timely care to all of his patients both young and old and in between

Awards & Recognitions

Helped the first responders with the 9/11 response down at NYC St. Pauls cathedral medical triage unit and provided aide to firefighters, ems, and auxiliary workers as they worked down at Ground Zero - awarded and received recognition certificate with honor
